An image of some National Youth Service Corps members on their kneels at their orientation camp has been making rounds on social media.

According to reports, they were told to kneel down because they annoyed their platoon inspector. This reportedly happened at Umunna, Bende Orientation Camp, Abia state. Below is what they wrote:

“I am a corp member currently undergoing orientation course at the NYSC orientation camp, Umunna, Bende, Abia state. This morning, during parade rehearsals, some corp members in 9 Platoon got the platoon inspector annoyed and he punished them by kneeling them down for some time before releasing them. #Even graduates still get kindergarten punishments
